The adapter is firmware updatable, please ensure you do not power off the console during this process, your system will display "insert game" during the upgrade, the menu system will be displayed after upgrade.
The memory card included is pre-formatted in Fat32, if you need to reformat you should use the fat32 file format for this adapter.
