Description:
This shell is compatible with the V2 Funnyplaying Q5 IPS Laminated LCD screen kit with colour changing logo, it is not compatible with the V1 Q5 IPS screen kit.
These shells are a modified version of the original GBC Shell with changes made to the LCD screen area to take the IPS screen kit, and also changes to the battery compartment to allow either normal AA batteries or a lipo battery mod.
Avoid having to use DIY cutting methods and risk mistakes, by purchasing a pre-moulded shell that has been injection molded to accommodate the modern IPS screen kit.
This is a front and back housing ONLY, including ONLY: Front and back housing, battery terminal contact, battery cover and screw set.
A tri-wing screwdriver is needed to dissemble your console (not included), you can find a screwdriver set compatible with Gameboy HERE
