Description:
If your top screen has been physically damaged making it floppy, or it has a significant wobble with no resistance holding it up, then replacing the hinge could be the solution.
A top screen may hinge can be damaged from a drop, wear and tear or general failure of the barrel hinge, the hinge can be replaced with this set which includes the metal o-ring which installs on the left side, and a metal barrel hing which is fitted on the right hand side of the screen.
The hinge replacements need to be fitted internally and it therefore requires some console disassembly, a medium level of technical skill and knowledge is required to fit the part.
A Tri-wing and Philips screwdriver is required to open the 3DS XL or New 3DS XL console (not included).
Compatible with Nintendo 3DS XL / LL (2012) & New 3DS XL / LL consoles only, not compatible with regular size models of 3DS
